Raf im sad that you will have to take everything down . Is this including the podcasts ? I want to tell you how much your meditation helped . I was off for nearly 6 months . And your hundred day challenge saved and helped me . I decided just to go on a spiritual retreat . Qhat these meditations did was changed my outlook on life . I know longer rely on people for my happiness . I gave gone back to how i was in my 40s . Feeding my soul . You have helped a lot of people .
