002 | Mindfulness meditation and why mindfulness practices are so important
This is our first official podcast episode, and I am very excited to get started with this meditation on mindfulness.
Before we start the meditation, I feel it is important to talk a little bit about mindfulness, and why mindfulness practices are so important. The body has ways of communicating with us. It is really important to be able to feel or hear those queues so that we are able to take action if needed. This is why I always say that mediation, and mindfulness meditation is a vital skill to practice.
I hope you enjoy this meditation. If you want to skip the introduction, you may go directly to minute 4:09. I know it's a lot of blablabla but I felt it was important to introduce the subject of mindfulness.
